Border Patrol chief Raul Ortiz revealed on Wednesday that he tested positive for COVID-19 shortly before he was set to receive his booster shot, and urged people to get vaccinated. “Earlier today I was set to receive my Booster but was feeling symptomatic and took a #COVID test.
