On Friday, the nation’s highest court took up challenges to President Joe Biden’s vaccine and testing mandates. The stakes are high, and if they decide to allow Biden’s mandate to stay in place, companies will face consequences in the next month. The SEALs were facing termination from the Pentagon for taking a pass on the vaccine due to their sincerely held religious beliefs.
