On my weekend (snowed in) baking list… gluten-free cinnamon roll recipe! Nothing like it exists and it took the team so long to perfect this one! We’ll be diving in in less than 2 hours (aka nap project) that’s a big high-five, especially from little miss Skylar!
Ingredients needed for the Cinnamon Rolls:
Oat flour
Coconut flour
Tapioca flour
Coconut sugar
Baking powder
Instant rapid rise yeast (mandatory)
Salt
Milk
Eggs
Butter
Vanilla
Avocado oil spray
Cinnamon
